By placing an order, you are placing a binding offer to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. You submit an offer by entering all required information during the ordering process and posting the order form to us by clicking the “purchase” button. All orders are subject to acceptance by Koundouros Bros, confirmation of the order price and availability of the product. Until such acceptance, items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Upon receiving your order an e-mail will be sent confirming receipt of your order. Alternatively, you receive an on-screen message which will confirm the placement of your order, indicating the details of your order (order confirmation). Your order will be approved if you receive an on-screen email indicating that your order has been issued, at which stage your agreement with Koundouros Bros will be created.
If payment in advance was chosen as payment option, the goods will be dispatched only after the full amount has been credited to our account.
Koundouros Bros has the right to refuse any offer without stating a reason, especially if there are legitimate grounds to suspect that the goods purchased via the internet are intended to be resold on a commercial basis.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Cyprus only and subject to any delays resulting from delivery or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products. All prices advertised are subject to changes without notice.
You agree to accept delivery of the Products at the agreed time and place of delivery. If you have chosen for the Products to be delivered, Koundouros Bros will deliver the order to the main entrance of the delivery address but any deliveries carried into the delivery address will only be made if the driver and you consent to this. If you are not present to take delivery of the goods at the address given in your order and you have already paid online for your order, then we will not refund you the price for your order and will charge you for the full amount of your order.
If you are under the age of 18, you may not put any orders on our website.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs may be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the “Total Cost”
Products are subject to availability. If your products are not available, We may offer you a reasonable substitute of equivalent quality and price or We may call you to tell you that your ordered products are not available and to ask you if you would like to order something else. This may affect the price you pay.
Koundouros Bros reserves the right to alter prices at any time prior to delivery.
If you wish to cancel, amend or comment on your order, please telephone at 22 351504 or 22 658575. If you amend your order, the price charged will be the price for the amended order. If you paid by Credit card the price difference will need to be paid separately or any refund would need to be processed by our Customer Services team who can be contacted at info@kountourosbros.com.
Please note that as promotions are only available for limited periods, any changes to your order may mean the promotions are no longer available.
Due to perishable nature of products there is no right of withdrawal.
Our products may occasionally be subject to special offers. Any special offers shall be subject to these Conditions, which shall apply if the terms of the special offer and these Conditions are incompatible. We may change or withdraw the terms of special offers at our discretion, but we will honor any order placed by you prior to withdrawal of the offer subject to manifest technical errors. Offers are valid within the promotional period, subject to change or withdrawal and, unless otherwise specified, are not valid in combination with other offers.
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.
